SENTRICON INSTALLATION

Revised 2/6/20

More than 365,000 homes in the U.S. are involved in a fire each year. However, more than 600,000 homes suffer termite damage totaling over $2 billion annually. This is more than the damage caused by all fires, storms and earthquakes combined. Insurance can help recover losses from fires, floods and earthquakes, but it is almost impossible to get insurance against termites.

Termites occur in virtually every state of the U.S. except Alaska. Subterranean termites are responsible for most of the termite damage to wood structures in North Carolina. The presence or the abundance of termites (termite pressure) is determined by their environmental requirements, such as temperature, humidity, soil moisture and availability of food sources. But damage caused by termite activity can be controlled with preventative measures.

Sentricon is a “Green” termite elimination system, which means no chemicals. It’s 100% “Green” and termites prefer it over any amount of wood that a structure would contain. In fact, going this route is like getting a hug from Mother Nature. In addition, Sentricon is guaranteed for as long as there are stations in the ground on the property, and as long as the service is renewed annually. The renewal fee of like an insurance plan – as long as you keep them in the ground, you’re covered.

The Sentricon system is designed to intercept termites and eliminate colonies. Sentricon’s new Recruit HD bait is called “Always Active” because it truly is. This factor makes a dramatic impact on the effectiveness of termite protection for the customer.
