ROUTINE HOME SHIELD SERVICES
Revised 6/12/19
All homes occasionally run into problems with household pests. While most are merely a nuisance, some may bite, sting or transmit disease. A few may even cause serious structural damage which can impact the value of the customer’s property. But many homeowners today are growing leery of the harmful effects of household chemicals and are turning to safer, less-toxic solutions.
With pest infestations, the initial service is provided to get the pest population under control. Generally, pest control products are effective for up to three months after distribution. After the initial service, the Home Shield Service is a more preventive approach that can maintain the protective barrier against pests previously developed by the initial treatment. Usually at this point, treatments are primarily exterior.
We use the latest equipment and methods to eliminate pests from the premises. While we continue to treat targeted pests, we also place a heavier emphasis on monitoring and identifying potential pest problems. Should you discover any beginning activity, you should recommend services necessary to eliminate the problem.
