GENERAL PEST CLEANOUT

(1-Time Treatment)

Revised 6/12/19

Even though we promote the Home Shield Service whenever possible, there are times when a potential customer only feels the need for a one-time treatment is required to solve a perceived problem concerning general household pests. In other cases, many home or business owners feel they can control general household pests through a combination of DIY preventive measures, including proper sanitation and good maintenance practices. But some pest infestations may be extensive, or a particular pest may be more difficult to control, requiring the services of a pest control company.

The 1-Time GPCO Service is for those who wish to have pest control done sparingly to bring down the numbers of general household pests. In general, this service is for when there is not a perceived need for a quarterly prevention program. This single service treatment focuses on solving an immediate problem without requiring a long term commitment. It focuses on killing existing populations and discouraging future populations.

With this in mind, we offer the 1-Time GPCO Service to customers who have a specific problem but don’t require ongoing maintenance service. We will conduct an initial inspection to assess and treat the problem. We warranty this service for 30 days. If the customer continues to have a problem with the pest that we originally came to service anytime within 30 days of us being there, we will return one time at no additional cost to retreat as required.
